Daphne Batehup

Church Secretary

Daphne is married to Martin and they have two older boys.  The couple joined the church in 2015 and not long afterwards Daphne's administrative skills were spotted. She was keenly recruited as Church secretary replacing her long serving predecessor who moved away.

Wes Sargent

Pastor

Wes is married to Claire and they have two young children - Samuel and Rebecca.  After teaching for several years, the Lord called him into the ministry and he has served as Pastor of CCC since 2014. 

Ron Rous

Finance Coordinator

Ron moved to the area with his wife Hilary in 2018.  Having felt an immediate bond of fellowship with us all, they joined the church and became members soon afterwards.  Since then Ron has taken on the role of finance coordinator, for which we are most grateful.

Member
Chrissie plays a vital role in our children's ministry, planning lots of engaging and creative activities for the Kid's Club on Sundays.  She is also involved in many other aspects of church life taking an active role in hospitality and special events.  
Sara and her cute little Cockapoo called Sootty..  Sara has become a real asset to the church, singing regularly as part of the worship group on Sundays.  She is a qualified nurse and has spent several years serving as a missionary in Mozambique.

Children's Work

Claire is our pastor's wife.  She is involved in virtually all aspects of church life and her qualifications and experience as an early years professional have proved invaluable for coordinating our team that work with children.
